Black Betty's are cut.
Funny story,
They were cut in rausch creek PA. We were about to hit the trail, and someone told me i was risking the tires.
I didnt like the sound of that, So out comes the dremel.

Mine fresh cut and sharp edges filed. A bit of jb weld and then paint should do it!
Anyone do this with a hammer?
Im told you should bash them in, you preserve the integrity and keep moisture out.

Here's mine before removing the wheel liner and flattening my factory fenders. When my new lift comes in I will take the trim up a little further and make it a little nicer.
