I don't think you'll have an issue with legality..I've never seen anyone "test" fog lights. It will just be some LED off road lights integrated into a bumper, probably best for off-road use.

I'd like to see a mount that keeps the oem fogs and allows you to mount them on top of the bfh bumper. Like driving lights.

Get pulled over, " officer they are my oem fog lights"
