Are they just letting anyone ship stuff back?
It sounded as if this something they would do for anyone who asked. I would call first before you ship.
I'll call them when I get around to putting my soft top back on. I've been running SpiderShade for the last week and a half. I will have to take it off and wash it before I send it. It's got some mud in places from burying her down to the frame and climbing out. I wouldn't want to send them a dirty shade back.
Those spider shade people wrote the book on customer service.
