People need to remember that the factory ball joints only last so long once you go with bigger wheels and tires. From what I've been told, the OEM ball joints already come from the factory with a lot of play in them compared to other makes. It only helps them go bad sooner rather than later. In your case I would just keep the new ones until your factory ones go out and then swap your new ones in. Save the money and do it yourself.
True dat! I picked up my Jeep with only 4500 miles on it with 35" tires already. At 8500 miles, I had to replace the draglink tie rod end and the left tie rod end already. That just ain't right. I'm just waiting for the right tie-rod end to wear down as it probably won't be long now.
