Prodigy makes pistons? Does that mean that you need to upgrade them? Whats the benefit of changing pistons?
The forged pistons will be required to handle higher boost levels. I was told that the stock pistons could probably handle up to 10 psi, but they are playing it safe and won't be recommending running any higher than the current stage 2 boost (about 8.2 psi) on stock pistons.Originally Posted by Yoinkers

i think the pistons themselves are not terrible, but the install is deep in the engine. make sure if you plan to do it, your shop has referrences of similar work getting done.
