    So. Much. Drilling. Seriously, these things are so well mounted, i'd bet you could basically pick up the jeep with them! I'm certainly not willing to attempt that, but I'm guessing it could be done. With so much drilling, it was incredibly important to start with nice sharp drill bits and step up to each, drilling at higher RPM to prevent the bit from catching and pulling the metal. Since I would powdercoat and paint my flares, I used the flare itself as template for drilling, which really helped. If I had bought them powder'd already, I'd want to tape the hell out of the flare and really mark the holes' centers well.

    I hope you painted in the holes you drilled.

    Yeah..painted them twice with close-to-matching rustoleum red paint using a Q-tip. Inside the body, and out. I believe I even show it in the video (can I get a what-what?).
